Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy reflects the amount of time, effort and resources that we put in towards booking your trip. When a cancellation happens, we lose the booking you made, as well as another that could have been made for the same time. We will do our best to work with you given the circumstances you may be in.
Cancellations do not have to end in refunds. All attempts will be made to use what you paid for as credit for another type of trip, or the same trip at a different time. We do not want to make this a difficult process for you, and we want to get you outside. If uncontrollable events (weather, road closures, etc.) occur the day of your trip, we will work with you on rescheduling. We will refund your entire trip if something occurs that is the fault of Sunlight Guiding.
Cancellations 10 days or less from the beginning of your program's start date will not be refunded.
Cancellations more than 10 days before the beginning of your program will be refunded 50% of original payment.
